The present general terms and conditions of sale apply to all relations between SOMOS Infancia S.L. and customers through their website www.somosinfancia.es
Before placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the general terms and conditions by ticking the box “I accept the terms and conditions”.
SOMOS Infancia, S.L.is a limited liability company legally established in Spain with registered address in Avenida Historiador Vicente Ramos, Nº 30, Bloque 2, Local 13, Alicante with CIF (fiscal identity number): B54530274, whose business is to run a family/infant leisure centre “SOMOS Infancia” by the present general sale conditions.
Any concerns or complaints relating to the purchase of products or the hiring of services in SOMOS Infancia, the customer may contact SOMOS Infancia using the contact form provided on the website or in writing to email@example.com
“The Customer” shall mean any third party using the services of SOMOS Infancia for non-business purposes through the website.
On processing the sale and purchasing the product, the customer confirms to be capable of undertaking such actions or has authorization from a tutor.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS WHEN HIRING PARTIES/EVENTS
These specific conditions shall apply to all reservations for hiring the services for parties or events in SOMOS Infancia made by the customer through our website www.somosinfancia.es
In order to make a reservation one needs to be older than 18 years old.
Information about product
All information about the company´s facilities and current prices for hiring parties/events in SOMOS Infancia can be seen on the website of SOMOS Infancia, as well as the period of validity and other conditions relating to the purchase.
Use of SOMOS facilities (and facilities where SOMOS organises events) are followed by the rules stated in the conditions of use of this service.
In order to reserve a party or event a deposit of 50, 00.-euros shall be required in advance.
The purpose of this deposit is to cover costs incurred by SOMOS Infancia for preparing the party/event. This amount will be deducted from the final price the customer is required to pay.
Therefore, when a party/event is cancelled, the deposit shall not be returned, considering it a non-refundable expense. If the cancellation is made 10 days before the celebration, the company will exchange the amount of the deposit for a voucher to be used in SOMOS Infancia.
Once a reservation is made, the client is committed to undertake the party/event on the chosen date and time.
SOMOS Infancia will only accept to change a reservation by the customer request 5 days prior to the party/event, in which case SOMOS Infancia would offer, and depending on the availability, an alternative date and place to celebrate the party/event with no extra costs.
Customers may reserve parties/events in SOMOS Infancia through the website following the different steps, which include the services wanted for purchase, its features and amount, making payment of the deposit and giving all the necessary personal details in order to receive confirmation and proof of purchase.
Each step in the purchasing process is explained on the website. The customer can verify and make any amendments before proceeding with the final payment.
On reserving a party/event with SOMOS Infancia, the customer may consult the general sale conditions and privacy policies. To make a reservation of a party/event in SOMOS Infancia implies the acceptance of the present Conditions and Privacy Policies.
Proof of purchase
Unless expressly stated on the website, the supporting documents regarding reservations will be made by electronic transmission, for example, by confirmation and proof of purchase sent to the customers email. The customer shall be responsible for providing a valid email address and should ensure the proper functioning and security of the email
used to receive such documents. The customer shall assume loss of supporting documents sent by electronic transmission from the reception of the customer´s email.
The Customer shall receive an email with the summary of all the information confirming the party/event reservation in SOMOS Infancia.
It shall be the customer´s responsibility to keep such email. If the customer should not receive the email confirming the reservation, he must contact SOMOS Infancia at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone number: +34 965 15 15 84.
Each receipt or reservation code is unique and cannot be modified, copied or re-used, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
For final acceptance of the reservation it must be fully accepted and confirmed by SOMOS Infancia.
The party/event´s menu mentioned on our website does not necessarily have to match that of the party/event´s day and it can vary depending on what is available on the day. Nevertheless, it will basically be as indicated on the menu.

GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
The Customer commits to fulfill the order according to the conditions indicated on the website.
The Customer may place the order by clicking on the “BUY” button. The order shall be added to the total amount of items confirmed by the customer by clicking the “BUY” button on the final payment page and after accepting “Terms and Conditions”.
SOMOS Infancia S.L. confirms customer acceptance of order by email. Sale shall be confirmed once it is marked as “COMPLETED”. Order shall then be passed over to the courier company.
SOMOS Infancia S.L. reserves the right of not confirming the order for any specific reason such as supply arrangements, problems with reception of order (illegible document), unusual order or a foreseeable problem with the delivery. SOMOS Infancia S.L. shall inform the customer by email.
No new order can be made until payment of prior orders is fulfilled.
Until complete payment is made by the customer, the items shall remain property of SOMOS Infancia, S.L.
On ordering the Customer shall choose date and place of delivery in writing on a note attached.
SOMOS Infancia S.L. reserves the right to use all necessary means in order to deliver the items to the customer´s address. Deliveries shall be exclusively on mainland Spain.
No deliveries shall be made to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla unless otherwise agreed between customer and SOMOS Infancia.
A further option allows you to collect your order for free directly from our shop, choosing the “collect from shop” button at checkout, or in writing on making the order indicating you shall be collecting the order in person in the following address:
Timetable from Monday to Friday: From 9 am to 1 pm and from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Timetable Saturdays: From 10 am to 2 pm and from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm
For items in stock, delivery takes approximately 2-3 business days once payment is confirmed by customer.
For personalised items delivery takes approximately 10 business days once payment is confirmed by customer.
Once an order is handed over to the courier company, customer shall receive an email with tracking number.
Delivery times are approximate. If payment is made by bank transfer, delivery times are calculated on reception of payment by SOMOS Infancia.
Deliveries are from Monday to Friday. Prices shown include delivery, packaging and insurance costs.
DELIVERY COSTS AND RECEPTION OF PURCHASE ORDERS
Fees that apply for delivery:
-Delivery in ALICANTE (Province): 5, 95€
-Delivery in VALENCIA, CASTELLON AND MURCIA: 6, 50€
-Delivery in rest of SPAIN (Mainland): 6, 95€
Delivery for orders of 50€ or more (vat included), shall be free of charge.

On receiving order, the customer is obliged to sign reception document and to include any relevant comments. On signing document, customer acknowledges reception of goods. Should customer notice damaged or missing goods, a claim should be made as soon as possible to:

Deliveries shall be generally carried out by TIPSA. If in need to send the goods to a different address you must specify when ordering.
Delivery Company shall contact the customer by SMS or email to provide information on reception of goods.
Important : A telephone number is required in order to contact customer on reception of goods. If there is no reply after three repeated attempts to contact customer there may be extra costs or the collection of goods from the delivery company´s offices.
All prices shown are in euros and are inclusive of VAT. Client´s invoice price is the price shown on the confirmation order sent by SOMOS Infancia S.L.
Payment of ítems and services of SOMOS Infancia can be paid in the following ways:
All credit/debit card transactions are processed securely via Stripe.
PayPal: you may also pay securely through PayPal with your credit/debit card.
Bank Transfer to the account number indicated when processing the order.
The Customer is responsible for any costs in relation with bank transfers made through SOMOS Infancia.
Photographs of the products are provided for illustrative purposes only. The texts accompanying these photographs are the reproduction of information provided on the packaging or the operating instructions. Basic differences between photographs and the products should not affect the essential features of the products. Colours may differ slightly from original product.
SECURITY OF INFORMATION
Infancia S.L. is obliged to protect their private information.
Personal data obtained during online connection shall be used solely for processing your order. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.
On ordering through www.somosinfancia.es, you agree to the processing of personal data collected on the website by SOMOS Infancia S.L. That is: name, email address, postal address, credit card number and expiry date, etc., necessary to satisfy your requested orders.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
All orders (with personal information) are made directly using a secure online system (SSL) which encrypts your personal information before sending, and thereby strives to prevent unauthorized parties from viewing such information.
Customer shall benefit from legal guarantee of any hidden flaws in the sold products. Nevertheless, such guarantee shall not be valid due to faults or improper use following our maintenance instructions. Customer should therefore refer to our instructions for use of the products.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
– You are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 14 working days following the day on which goods are received.
– Personalised orders may not be cancelled once made, or returned unless there is a manufacturing or typographical error which can be attributable to SOMOS Infancia. This is covered under the law 3/2014, 27 March (article 103) which modifies LOCM Art 45, and the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised by the customer.
– Personalised products are not returnable or refundable, unless there is a manufacturing or typographical error which can be attributable to SOMOS Infancia.
– The right to cancel the order shall be notified in writing to SOMOS Infancia S.L., Av. Historiador Vicente Ramos 30, 03540, Alicante or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, giving name, address, telephone number, email and your reasons to cancel the order.
For cancelled orders, we shall refund all money and delivery costs within 14 days prior to your cancellation letter. Refunds shall be made using the same original payment method, unless expressly requested otherwise. Refunds shall not incur in any additional costs.
All goods returned will be fully inspected before issuing a refund.
